Monk Fruit

Being part of a Mops group we were able to try for free and review Monk Fruit in the Raw. Most of us mom kinda liked it, I felt it was too sweet to use in anything like drinks, but i did not bake with it. It is very light and airy you barely know its in the bag. It says you are suppose to use the same amount of Monk Fruit as you would normal sugar, but i believe it would be just way to sweet in a dessert, so if i were to use it i would want to lessen the amount i put in. I do like that it is better for you so i feel like my family could benefit from switching from regular sugar to Monk Fruit in the Raw.

Suave products for the family

I received a voxbox in the mail to try out and review and then to blog about it. In my voxbox i received dry shampoo, men’s styling wax, and kids styling gel. I absolutely love the dry shampoo as i had already been using this product for some time. I love the way it makes my hair look and feel, definitely make it look like i have just taken a shower. The only down fall i would say with this product and probably most dry shampoos when you use it it puts out a white powder and where my hair is blonde and blends in, not sure how it would look on brown hair. The men’s styling wax was decent, my husband ran out of gel and tried this, it almost was like a pamaid and made his hair look greasy. My sons styling gel worked pretty well, it went on nice and i didn’t have that sticky feel on my hands afterward. After a little time though my sons fauxhawk went flat and did not stay up. Thank you #suavefamily for giving me a chance to try out these products and blog about them.
